Ingredients
1 or 2 apples, cubed
handful of arugula
bunch of pecan pralines
bunch of cranberry goat cheese, crumbled
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of apple cider
1 teaspoon of honey
salt
pepper
Prep Time ≈ 15 mins
Cook Time ≈ 0 mins
Total Time ≈ 15 mins
Directions
Step 1 – Combine arugula, apple, pecans, and cheese to a bowl.
Step 2 – To make one serving of the dressing, mix apple cider vinegar, olive oil, apple cider, honey, salt & pepper together for the dressing until honey is smooth!
