Hi loves!

With more job opportunities becoming available, I find that my days are suddenly getting soosoo busy! I went from not finding consistent work in 2020 (thx COVID), to, thankfully, having my days booked with work. On the down side, a full calendar makes for less time in the kitchen preparing healthy and energizing dishes.

When it comes to meal prepping for the week, I try and find recipes that are simple and easy to make, ultimately saving time with my busy schedule. This recipe is not only absolutely delish, it only takes roughly an hour of your time!

Quarantine with Christine: Don’t Wish You Started Earlier



One thing I learned from being out here in L.A. is that I regret not starting what I’m doing now, sooner. Obviously, better late than never, but I can’t help but imagine how many more opportunities would be available to me right now if I had started my current routine earlier. No, I did not expect a full on global pandemic to interfere with my hopes and dreams (seriously, why you gotta do me like that?), but if I had invested in myself earlier, I would be set up for better success now.

Quarantine With Christine: Random Things You Need on Your Desk To Make it a Peaceful Workspace



For all but essential workers, quarantine has forced our lifestyle to be “work from home” centered. Blogging has always caught my eye because of the ability to work from anywhere, especially home! I started this blog back in 2014 as a hobby and am dedicated to make it more than that.

This means my new apartment needs to feel like a workspace and stay homy at the same time because, well, I live in it. I have compacted a list of random things you need on your desk to help you create an environment that’s both productive and relaxing.
