I can feel it getting warmer out!

Dolled and Proud

In New England, it has started to feel warmer everyday. Okay, maybe the mornings are still freezing, but you can definitely feel some heat in the afternoons, even though it is still like 30 degrees out. In spirit of the weather heating up (a little bit), I pulled out my leather jacket again!

To wear with the jacket, I picked out an American Flag tee-shirt. The pattern is beautiful and the brown color looks great!

Add a bright color to a white shirt and instantly standout!

For today’s look, I wore a white shirt to match the snow, but just by adding a bright scarf with bold studs, the whole outfit stood out! 

This jacket always does its job and keeps me warm. 🙂

This scarf completed the look!

With this shirt, I felt like I blended in with the snow. 🙂

Dark colors for a gloomy day!

Dolled and Proud

After yesterday’s snowstorm, today is just so dark and gloomy. In this case, I went with darker colors like beige and gray. I wore chestnut Uggs, gray pants that perfectly went with the pattern on the cardigan. 

The cardigan had the perfect hint of gray to match the pants. The beige on the cardigan also went with the boots and the pattern is just so eye catching!

A scarf would’ve been too much for this outfit, so I wore a simple necklace that says hope 🙂

Hope for the best. Prepare for the worst. Expect nothing.

Grammys 2015 best dressed!

Dolled and Proud

After last night’s Grammys, there were three flawless looks truly stood out to me. Take a look!

1. Taylor Swift

Taylor looked gorgeous in her Elie Saab halter dress. What really caught my eye were her bright pink shoes. Usually I would never wear those two colors together, but in this case, this look was a definite success!

2. Iggy Azalea

Iggy really showed off her curved in her Armani Privé gown! Even though she wore a body-con dress, she still kept a classy look last night!

3. Katharine McPhee  

Katharine came in rockin’ an Emilio Pucci gown. This pastel- pink dress is extremely simple, but still manages to stand out. She looks absolutely stunning!
