California Stop 6: San Diego!!!!

Stop 6: San Diego and La Jolla Cove

As the family and I moved away from the Los Angeles area, we headed to San Diego!

On our way to San Diego, we stopped by La Jolla Cove. I definitely recommend going! It is a very small beach that used to be covered with seals.

Now there are only a few seals to see left, but there are rocks to explore on which I found extremely enjoyable.

We stayed at the Bahia Resort. Absolutely stunning! Our room had an amazing view on the beach and there is a pool area to stay refreshed! For people who enjoy long walks on the beach, this resort is the place to go. Every morning, the whole family would go for calm walks on the coast.

Stop 5: The Americana at Brand

One of the best shopping areas I’ve ever been too. So many stores!!! Also, right next to The Americana is the Glendale Mall, which lemme just say was a very successful shopping day for me :). Between the number of restaurants, the mall, and the outdoor shops, made The Americana at Brand a very enjoyable shopping day for the family and I.

Stop 4: The Grove

To celebrate my mom’s birthday, the family and I went out to The Grove to eat out and shop! The area is so beautiful. What I absolutely loved about going at night is that it was not too crowded, but not deserted either.

California Stop 3: Malibu

Stop 3: Malibu and Solstice Canyon

For stop 3 on my California Adventure, the parents and I stopped by Malibu! To kick things off, we went for a hike in Solstice Canyon. The area was a bit sunny and there was not really any shade, but was definitely worth suffering the heat.

After the hike, we went down to enjoy the wonderful beach! I personally love how the beach is not very crowded, allowing a lot of personal space and privacy.
