Even though the colors are just black and white (with a hint of blue), this dress is as beautiful as the fall. The sleeves keep me warm on a chilly day and this makes for such a refreshing look.

Here’s a closer look at the details on the front, and the simplicity of the back.

My purse blended in with my dress and matched the flats perfectly! In addition to this, my earrings added edge to the look.

As I look back on my life, I realize that every time I thought I was being rejected from something good, I was actually being re-directed to something better.

Bringing out the fall colors to celebrate the start of October!

To me, burgundy truly represents fall, hence my shirt choice. Light colored jeans contrasted the dark color of my top.

The bow in the back is absolutely adorable!! When I saw that on the shirt, I just had to buy it.

For jewelry, I wore gold and burgundy as seen especially in my necklace choice.

Autumn is a second Spring where every leaf is a flower.

Perfect dessert for a study break!

With midterms stressing out high school students everywhere, it is easy to fall into a trap of unhealthy desserts (I am guilty of doing this as well). Ice cream is known as the “go to” dessert for any crisis, so here is a frozen yogurt recipe that is as delicious as ice cream, but will make you feel better while eating it. Whether you are dealing with a breakup or studying for midterms, this recipe is a refreshing dessert for anytime of the year!
