California Stop 1: Santa Monica

I’m back! I haven’t posted in ages due to work. Lemme just say… camp counselors don’t have the most fashionable attire :p But school is about to begin and I’m ready to start posting again! I just came back from California and I am going to share the most memorable stops along the way.

Stop 1: Santa Monica.

This area is known for its crowded beach, its pier filled with rides, and its never ending mall. My family and I went to the pier to check it out and found it very busy, but extremely enjoyable.

Overalls were a success!

Hit 90 today!!! SOOO hot =  perfect excuse to pull out my overalls that I’ve been dying to wear! I wore them with my white converse and a white crop-top.

For jewelry, I wore navy to put the whole look together 🙂

Be happy… not because everything is good, but because you can see the good in everything.

The Coldest Spring Break EVER.

I haven’t been able to post lately because of all this SAT and AP studying 😦 But anyways, this has been the coldest Spring break EVER!! It started off warm last weekend, but just kept getting colder as the days went on. It did not feel like Spring at all. Hopefully it will get warmer within the next week.

I went to Boston the other day and even though it was quite cold, it was still fantastic 🙂 My friends and I discovered this adorable cookie truck called “Cookie Monstah”! It had endless amounts of cookies and you can build your own ice cream sandwich…so yummy!! I got Totally Turtle ice cream in between two sugar cookies. 

We ate these cookies at the Boston Harbor in the North End and the view there is just so lovely.

Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.

Finally hit 70 degrees!!

I chose to wear a denim dress because it goes with absolutely everything! You can wear these dresses in any season and fit in if you match them with the right attire. For the spring, I wore my denim dress with a pink theme because that color screams spring!

I wore a pink cardigan, a floral pink and black scarf, and a pink and magenta necklace to give my look a springy feel 🙂 Luckily for me, my Sperry’s matched perfectly! The blue went with the denim and the pink went with the rest.

Since the sun came out, I added my Ray- Ban sunglasses!

If you judge people, you have no time to love them.
