With mint being added to my garden this year, I just had to find an easy recipe that uses it. Even though fall is just around the corner, the heat is still very strong (at least in LA), so I decided to try Table For Two’s Watermelon Mint Juice recipe – and all you need is a blender!
Watch me follow this recipe, step by step, in the video below.
Super simple and super refreshing right? 🍉 I have included the recipe in my POV:
6 cups seedless watermelon (small chunks or it won’t blend)
2 limes, juiced
A bunch of mint (measure with your heart & keep some for decoration)
Prep time ≈ 20 mins
Cook time ≈ 5 mins
Total time ≈ 25 mins
Step 1 – Place all ingredients in a blender.
Step 2 – Blend on liquify until smooth.
Step 3 – Let sit and serve over ice with a mint leaf as decoration.
Let me know if you try this out and what you think! I’m going to incorporate more recipes on my blog and super excited to share some of my own soon. 😊
Talk to you soon 💋
