Found this amazing recipe for roasted Butternut squash on the Food Network website. I absolutely cannot wait to try this on Thanksgiving! The smooth texture and the sweet taste of the honey and the maple syrup mixed with the crunchy texture of the pecans make the perfect side dish to a holiday dinner.
